Duties & Taxes Included
All prices include international import duties and taxes — we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to all US and EU destinations. No additional fees on delivery.

Production Time
Each pendant is hand-painted to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch. We send high-resolution photos of your finished piece for approval before shipping.

Shipping
Once dispatched, orders ship via DHL or FedEx Express with full tracking. Typical transit time is 5–10 business days depending on destination.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
