Refund & Return Policy
Each Nankun Thangka pendant is individually hand-painted to order — a custom work of art created specifically for you. We stand behind every piece, and the process below is designed to make sure you are confident in your purchase before and after it ships.
Approval Before Dispatch
Because each pendant is made to order, we photograph your finished piece in high resolution and send it to you for approval before it leaves our studio. Your order is only dispatched once you are satisfied with the piece. This step replaces the need for change-of-mind returns.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
As each pendant is hand-painted specifically for its owner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons once a piece has been approved and dispatched.
Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described
Your purchase is fully protected. If your pendant arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the piece you approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery at nankuntairuo@gmail.com with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including all shipping costs — at no charge to you.
Lost in Transit
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your order is lost in transit, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
